Rapidly developing industry and technology era we are in, the problem for the safety of employees and the work gradually causes the increase. As in other countries, many work accidents and occupational diseases occur due to death or injury in Turkey. Recently for avoiding these situations the Law No 6331 Business Health and Safety Act has been enacted and new arrangements in legislation about Occupational Health and The Business Health have been made. This regulation aimed to to minimize work accidents and occupational diseases.
